چکیده
Let ? be an irreducible unitary representation of a finitely generated non-abelian free group ?; suppose is weakly contained in the regular representation. In 2001 first and third authors conjectured that such must either odd or monotonous duplicitous. 2004 they introduced class multiplicative representations: this large representations obtained by looking at action ? on its Cayley graph. second paper series we showed some were monotonous. Here show all other are The conjecture therefore established for representations.

Multiplicative complexity of vector valued Boolean functions
We consider the multiplicative complexity of Boolean functions with multiple bits of output, studying how large a multiplicative complexity is necessary and sufficient to provide a desired nonlinearity. For so-called ΣΠΣ circuits, we show that there is a tight connection between error correcting codes and circuits computing functions with high nonlinearity. Combining this with known coding theo...
متن کاملAMENABILITY OF VECTOR VALUED GROUP ALGEBRAS
The purpose of this article is to develop the notions of amenabilityfor vector valued group algebras. We prove that L1(G, A) is approximatelyweakly amenable where A is a unital separable Banach algebra. We givenecessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a left invariant meanon L∞(G, A∗), LUC(G, A∗), WAP(G, A∗) and C0(G, A∗).

exists. The function f is continuously differentiable when it is differentiable and f ′ is continuous. A k-times continuously differentiable function is C, and a continuous function is C. A V -valued function f is weakly C when for every λ ∈ V ∗ the scalar-valued function λ◦ f is C. This sense of weak differentiability of a function f does not refer to distributional derivatives, but to differe...

This important result is listed in the theorem on the next page. Note that the derivative of the vector-valued function is itself a vector-valued function. You can see from Figure 12.8 that is a vector tangent to the curve given by and pointing in the direction of increasing values. tr t r t r f t i g t j lim t→0 f t t f t t i lim t→0 g t t g t t j lim t→0 f t t f t t i g t t g t t j lim t→0 f ...
متن کاملOn Learning Vector-Valued Functions
In this letter, we provide a study of learning in a Hilbert space of vectorvalued functions. We motivate the need for extending learning theory of scalar-valued functions by practical considerations and establish some basic results for learning vector-valued functions that should prove useful in applications. Specifically, we allow an output space Y to be a Hilbert space, and we consider a repr...
